On Saturday 6 July, in the enchanting Salone degli Affreschi of Palazzo Mezzacapo, Maiori, took place the ceremony for the delivery of the Carlo De Iuliis Prize to Roberto Cavallo, co-founder of ERICA, a leading company in technical consultancy and environmental communication for public administrations, and popularizer in numerous radio and television broadcasts. The Award is part of the XIII edition of ..incostieraamalfitana.it Festa del Libro in Mediterraneo, which sees the protagonists in competition for the Costadamalfilibri Prize, majolica made by the Daedalus of Vietri sul Mare.
Alfonso Bottone, organizing director ..incostieraamalfitana.it, and Alberto Barone of the Cava de’ Tirreni Readers Club, discussed with the author in front of the large audience of guests. “The Bible of Ecology” is an essay of testimony and proposals (and practical advice for all), in continuous comparison with the teachings of the Old Testament.
At the end of the evening, opened by the opening vernissage of the collective exhibition “Dreams without borders” organized by the BellArte Association, and curated by Angelo Criscuoli and Nello Arionte, it was possible to taste the “sweetness” of Sal De Riso and the musical underlining by Rino Ruocco and Peppe Paladino.
